Smooth Renewal

a gap of a year (as we couldn't launch our web plan) to renew my domain name, I found to my pleasant surprise that my account details were very much safe with them. In a zippy, both Alex and Peter on the chat helped me with my renewal smoothly. MifiHost has proved once again that be it a small or big account they take their customers very seriously. Their account features are also great to use. Thanks.

Scam - offering cheap hosting and charging you later with unbelivable expenses - avoid

I’ve had a very negative experience with Misshosting and their lack of transparency and customer service. On October 30th, I received a call from them...

informing me about a new service, EyonID, which they claimed was required by new European law. I was confused by this and asked for more information to be sent via email. When I later checked my email and logged into their website, I saw that the service had already been activated—without my approval. A payment of over 5000 SEK was scheduled to be charged that same day, according to their website, even though I hadn’t received any invoice or had the chance to confirm the service. I contacted Misshosting immediately by email to clarify the situation but received no response. A few days later, I received an invoice due on November 19th, giving me less than 30 days to pay. Despite multiple attempts to reach them for almost two weeks, they have continued to ignore me. I want to emphasize that I did not confirm anything during the phone call, and I have requested a recording of the conversation so I can escalate this matter to the Consumer Agency and ARN. It was never made clear that this was an additional service that I had to purchase; instead, it was presented as a legal requirement. I never received anything in writing, never signed a contract, and never agreed to buy this service. I was also never notified about the start date of the service or any 14-day cancellation period. I use their Small hosting package and haven’t even had the chance to set up a functional website, yet I’ve already been forced into a costly service I didn’t ask for. This feels like a scam, and I would strongly advise others to avoid using Misshosting based on my experience.
