er resources were pretty bad too. I moved to interserver and noticed that their server resources are good enough for me, although I've been having some technical problems related to things that shouldn't be active in the server. My nightmare started when I tried to use the support, it doesn't matter if contacting by ticket or by chat, their support is really slow and lame. Support tickets have no option to change priority, so it may take hours or even an entire day to get an answer. I'm using a 1 slice VPS, which is their cheapest VPS, and you should pay attention to this: have in mind that if you don't have at least a 4 slices VPS, they won't give a shit about you, their treatment is based on how much you pay them.
You'll most likely open your first support tickets to complain about technical issues coming from their end, such as PHP compatibility issues, coming from how their server is configured, they will pretend they don't understand much of what you're saying, they won't reply more than one question per message, you'll stay hours with them in the tickets and won't get your problems solved, then they come with the excuse that if you want support, you'll need to pay for it!!!!!!!!! They'll say if you want support, you need to have a certain plan, when the problem is clearly how they configured their server like crap.
The plan they want you to order not only is expensive (specially if you live in a third world country), but also it's useless for someone with a website that is not a corporation website or a website with thousands, or even millions, of visitors. Their chat will randomly close in the middle of the conversation, and most times will end up, after 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes with them saying they're opening a support ticket to either solve an issue or to clarify doubts. They take at least 1 minute to answer each chat message, and take an average of 5 minutes.
They also have a "trojan" like service for VPS costumers, which is Webuzo. Webuzo comes with more than 1.8Gb of useless third party packages that can't be removed from the control panel (according to them). They don't seem to care about the fact that not everyone is willing to use Softaculous with one-click installations. The worst part is that those packages automatically update every week, meaning that even if you have a site with an empty directory, you'll lose disk space anyway, with the automatic updates. Who the hell is the genius that puts like 100 packages of third party softwares on a control panel to be stored on a 29Gb server? Also, yesterday they have reinstalled my OS, including Direct Admin, when I logged in the panel, I saw dozens of brute force attempts, only one of them was blocked, this scared the shit out of me. The server was fresh installed and already had a log filled with brute force attacks.
To sumarize everything, hiring a VPS with interserver is like hosting your own sites in your own computer, the security is shady and you're almost completely on your own, since they don't give a shit about you, unless you pay them more for their services. But will they really care about you even if you pay for the support?

don't allow you to actually build anything being there's only two template to chose from, and when in the editing site there's not much that works apart from changing the picture and putting in your details, asked for a refund and due to there 5 day policy they refuse the refund.
my advise to anyone building a website is look elsewhere...total rip off..
