I worked on my website for 3 weeks and all of a sudden, POOF, it was gone, everything I worked on, GONE. You know what they said? They have no idea what ... I paid for this service a year in advanced and when I changed to Spotify they made everything extremely difficult to change. Then they kept my money for services they did not provide.
