Great support

I accidentally deleted my entire website (my fault), and my backups weren't working properly, but they managed to provide a backup and support within ...

record time. Saved me from a panic attack. Truly appreciate that! Some cons: a bit slower than my previous BlueHost, but definitely far less expensive. Also uses the latest MySQL on VPS only, not shared hosting.

Not good at all

I am using arvixe since 2017. It always had some problems but usually they fixed it in a day or so. 2014 has been a nightmare. A lot of problems that ...

left us with no mails at all. And finally since 24/4 we are 30% of the time with no mails AT ALL and we cannot receive mails from Gmail!!! Support everytime tell me that the problem will be solved and that is escaleted to the admins and that they will inform us when everyting will be ok. After 4 days the ticket automatically closes with no feedback. We are seinding again, the same answer, the ticket closes after 4 days. This is going on for the last 3 months... I ve asked for a refund but they say it is not at their policy. I believe that they are going to close soon... This is not a serious company, they are con artists. We are searchinf for another serioug hosting company. STAY AWAY.

No Support, Slow Server Response time, cPanel not accessible

This is world's worst useless hosting company, I moved many of my sites to this company, thier support asked to pay them to copy data from hostinger, ...

I paid and they asked to do it in 4 days but there have been one month it did not happen. Support is the worst of all, They reply 1 times out of 20 and then they don't even resolve your issues at all, I successfully wasted my 2 days of time moving out my sites and emails from the company
