onsibility. I was going through a very difficult time, suffering from severe financial hardship due to my inability to pay the fees (I was truly unable to pay). I had entered into a project that stalled for a while, and I was behind on my server rental payment. I also didn't have a backup copy of my work on the server. With utmost professionalism and speed, he didn't hesitate to help me for a moment. He cooperated fully, provided me with a new IP address to replace the old one, restored my data, and appreciated my long-standing customer status, accepting my apology. Therefore, I sincerely thank him; he is the best support manager I have ever seen. I wish him continued success and hope he serves as a role model for other managers.

h others like Hostinger does. I took A2 Hosting's hosting package in November 2023 on a Black Friday sale but still got an expensive deal. I hosted my sites on their maximum limit of three subdomains. In August end 2024, I emailed them saying I wouldn't be renewing their hosting in November 2024 and deleted my credit card details from their site. Within 24 hours I got a bunch of emails saying my account had been terminated for violation of some TOS. Apparently, 9 months after I hosted my websites, they found evidence of phishing just after I had emailed them saying I won't be renewing in November. So as revenge they did not allow me to use their hosting services for the next three months although I had paid for 12 months. They are plain cheats and scammers. I regret using their services and plan on reporting them to regulatory and enforcement authorities.

ch a certain treshold. they never provide you the promised traffic and speed. they dont own datacenter and they are AWS resellers. totally waste of money. Stay away. I literally paid for full 12 months and I couldnt use it cuz the speed got worse and worse.
