ff to respond to my request to do so. I could not even get a response about staff further looking into the problem, I was outright ignored by tech support or my concerns dismissed. I would discourage potential customers from using this provider in the strongest possible terms.

change it, they had me buy a new plan with a promise to credit my account from the unused old plan. They never canceled the old plan and never credited my account, which means I paid for 2 plans.
