nt to be able to customize my systems in a very specific manner, and I also want a host who has good peering relationships and knowledgeable customer support. Hivelocity has delivered on all three of these. They were able to quickly provision my system from their easy to use portal, and support was very responsive when I had questions about hardware provisioning as well as for other networking related issues. I am also very happy that they provide native IPv6 to my systems which is another primary requirement for my systems. The network performance has been fantastic, and the fact that they have a presence at 1 Wilshire in LA is also another huge bonus for me.

ASK FOR MONEY TO SOLVE THEIR SERVER ERROR

e "YOU NEED TO GIVE MONEY FOR SERVER THST'S FINE THEN THE REAL CASE IS IF ERROR ON THEIR SERVER THEN ALSO WE NEED TO PAY AMOUNT TO FIX ISSUE ON THIR SERVER" It's Real fun!!!!! Very Stupid hosting provider ever seen total loos of your money and third-quality server speed frequently you will get 500 internal server errors. I am a developer and ask for money to fix that error because i know everything i will not give money to them by someone non-technical ask that then they will pay and that is what running on this platform. if i can give a negative rating i can give -100000000000000 rating to them and I really angry with their customer support worst experience ever with any hosting provider i have used many hosting providers but this is the worst i have ever seen. lity is now longer good. I moved from SoftLayer to Hivelocity many years ago. I was used to a first class service at SoftLayer and at that time Hivelocity didn't disappoint me. They price was just right and my account manager was always in touch with me. They even had a lifetime affiliate program which made bring some customers along with me. Now their support simply doesn't care anymore. The "lifetime" affiliate program has come to an end and they refuse to pay me the money I am entitled to receive. If you are considering Hivelocity, please look somewhere else. They are not who they used to be anymore...
