Something happened to my account...again...on their end. Suddenly I couldn't access any of my company's emails...my password didn't work for cpanel, and my WordPress site was partially "reset" (original theme graphics, most of my graphics gone, and all posts deleted). EzzyTech did fix the first 2 items pretty quickly even though they aren't telling me why it happened. But they told me in order to fix the WordPress problem I needed to update to the latest version of WordPress and then they could fix it. I did, and it got worse. Then they told me "they don't do that" and I need to contact my developer. It's just me. I am the developer. Why would they say they could restore it if they couldn't? What did they do that reset my page? I had to go back and rebuild everything from scratch. All posts are still lost. They were no help at all after that.
They don't believe me that I can't access my website or emails anymore
My website and email for bigbamboobayside.com stopped working a few days ago. I submitted the ticket, and I was told it was fixed. I still am not getting any emails, and cpanel says my account doesn't exist, and nobody can access my website. It's not fixed. But I was told it was and the ticket was closed. It's not working on any computer I try.
We are using their hosting service for 6 months for our eCommerce website. Migrated from our previous hosting provider. Wonderful service with friendly support. They transferred our data within 10 minutes. Still now using without any issue. Keep it up guys.
