I've been a long term customer of TSOhost for many years. They were once of the best internet providers in the UK for both service and support.
However over the last 12 months I have witnessed first hand how shambolic their customer support has become. If you ring customer support, they will always tell you to open a ticket.
They state that they have 24hr e-mail support yet I have never ever had an urgent support ticket answered until after 9am the following day. I no longer believe that they have a 24hr customer support service despite TSO insisting that they do.

Without going into detail, I would recommend that if you are looking for a good reliable internet service with good support, then look elsewhere or you too may be writing a review just like this and your websites will still be down a month after you opened your first ticket.

These guys don't know their arse from their elbow. If you have a website that provides an income and you want it reflect well on your business, don't have it hosted with TSO. Today we lost about €6000 in sales because of them. I am furious with them. Now I have to find a new dedicated server, but it simply can't be any worse than TSO host, I have been with them nearly 3 years and it simply isn't getting any better, the service is deteriorating. The uptime is ok, but whenever you ask support to do something, they break more stuff than they fix. Really amateurish.

Reseller hosting should be supported with urgency and consideration. We however have none.

Our site have been down for almost three days and there is now fix in sight.

When we finally get any kind of response from them - 12 hours later it does not help.

I don't care what the problem is with equipment, I pay for hosting of my domains and a 99.9% uptime promise. Get it fixed and start to show you care.
