It is the worst host ever! If you do not need your webiste to work and you want to pay money for the rubbish bin, its Tsohost. For example, SSL doesnt auto renew. They send instructions one day before SSL expiry, on a weekend, when nobody is working and what happens: your website is down, unsafe and you lose all sales you could have on the weekend. Also for emails, it is the worse! Guarantee your emails are NOT working for at least 5 days a month.

I am personally writing this to get TSO Host attention, that you have such an incapable, untrained, non professional team that they even don't care to reply to the email no matter how many emails you send them or how much urgent the matter is. Especially Mr Bozhidar I who is working on a simple issue of mine but he is so incompetent and unprofessional that instead of helping me and fix my issue he's completely ignoring my emails. For the sake of God if you are running your services then please hire a professional people or atleast trained them on who to deal with clients.
The multisite Wordpress hosting is slow, lagging, doesn't let you in, and doesn't let you change your theme. If you raise a support ticket their response is "so what, our product is perfect" and do not look into the issue. You cancel the product as per the EU 14 day distance selling regulations, you wait a week for your refund. It doesn't arrive. You contact them again about the refund. Their response is that they "cannot issue refunds immediately" I hardly call an entire week "immediately". Avoid this faulty product at all costs! Very rude and sarcastic members of staff who do nothing and they withhold your money illegally.
IGNORE THE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS. tsohost are hopeless, there servers are down again, we get issues sending and receiving emails on pretty much a weekly basis - this is very damaging if you are a business as your reputation, revenue, etc will ALL be affected. I am currently working towards leaving tsohost; nightmare support - they will just string you long passing tickets to "higher level teams" that you cannot even speak to or perhaps even exist. Nothing ever gets sorted
I've got a small, personal site with TSOhost - it doesn't cost much and has a good range of functionality for the price. BUT, my site was recently attacked with several php files causing problems for an adroid app that accesses the SQL database as well as making parts of my site inaccessible and stopping me accessing my WP dashboard. I got it all working again using a recent back-up once I realised that was what has happend and the support peeps I spoke to were polite and helpful, though it seemed to take a while before they identified the problem.
My current negative review here is about their response to me asking how to stop this happening again. Basically, they suggest I pay an additional £13 a month which is absurd on top of a package that currently costs £50 a year.
I guess I've realised that companies generally are very vague about the security they offer and it's very difficult to compare my package to others, but to simply give a shrug and tell me to pay this additional fee seems pretty poor service.
Spent over 2.5 hours today on a simple verification for my domain trying to set up Microsoft 365. Spoke to 4 different advisers, all advised seperate actions and blamed servers, pointing to wrong servers, C Panel incorrect configuration. Now I have to wait for 24 hours while my servers are 'repropogating'. The guys are super friendly - but something is amiss in TSO Hosting... I gave up with one of the advisers because even I knew he had no clue what he was doing.
Website down on a Sunday for 9 hours - They initiated a transfer domain request with the wrong nameservers. As a result, website went down very quicky and stayed like this for almost a day until someone finally cancelled the transfer request with ICANN. 1st line support by chat is responsive but they have no clues. Impossible to speak to their 2nd line support or experts. They have no sense of priority or critical issues. In the end, our website was down for hours when all they needed to do was cancel the transfer request and change the nameservers back to what it was. They did it but it took a day. This is unacceptable. No apologies, nothing. Just stay away from this company.
My hosting expired, I didnt receive any emails to warn me or invoice me as I have come to expect with TSOhost. They claim to have sent emails but they refuse to supply screenshots. I've now lost my website. Very unimpressed.
