I took alpha from them and their service turned out to be useless, then I asked for a refund, then when I went to consumer court in my mind, they asked for a refund and the refund came after 8 days and my refund was ₹ 1700 and returned ₹ 750. And the worst thing is illegal, they stole the data, you can see the screenshot below, everything is the same, they took out my modules file from my data and put it on themselves.

this is a very bad stupid illegal company we need to take strictly action against him

Hi, I purchased reseller hosting from Sinhcoms LLP which has 10 days complete refund policy according to them. Had a chat with their customer care on WhatsApp. 2 days they took to setup my account and on third day I found that their services are just worst. They are using nulled softwares of whmcs, cpanel, whm. Their hosting system can't even handle a simple WordPress website as their system is full of bugs, so asked for cancelling my plan from the third day and asking them for refund. They sometimes reset my account and ask me to don't cancel the plan and always trying to solve issue but issues are never solved. So on 9th day I finally asked them to don't solve and provide me complete refund. When I asked them for complete refund as we had a chat in WhatsApp, they are saying that they will deduct charges for software whmcs which they never purchased and just installed a nulled software in my panel. I asked them for proper bill regarding whmcs so that I get clarity regarding what they had deducted from my refund. Now they are refusing to provide me proper bill of whmcs software(screenshot added) as they used nulled software. I can't let my money go because of a nulled software which they gave me as its totally illegal to sell it. That's why they are not even providing me any proper bill of whmcs purchased. I will take legal action regarding them. Recommend everyone to not to purchase any plan from them.

First they are using everything nulled. You may get in problem anytime. Also loose all your customers anytime
Secondly you will not get complete refund at any cost. They will somehow deduct your money
Third their hosting cannot handle even a single WordPress website. For simple html I don't know

So today I expose entire story of this terrible, incapable web hosting provider named.
Let me start when I had purchased his so called master reseller plan, the following are the list of their lies and incapable of resolving customer's issues(I have also attached screenshot as a proof with their lies and not having customer centric approach towards customers):
First lie: As per their website they promise we can create 12,000 Cpanel accounts and 200 WHM accounts on their master reseller plan, which sounds suspicious still I proceed with this order to check myself.

Second lie: I wanted to know if we can host Node or Python application, directly on their cPanel dashboard or not, so I had asked them via their support form and this is what they replied:

As per their claim, all my 5 domains that are hosted on their servers are blacklisted. LOL I was laughing when they claimed this, when I asked for EXIM logs and proof's they were incapable of providing me even EXIM logs that would indicate its rejected by Gmail firewall. Its been over 19 days I am still waiting for my EXIM logs, this is really funny hahahaha.
At once let us forget email issue, infact they have removed my account from WMHCS Client area which I was really pissed off. Also do check the plan date when I purchased:

Lie number 4: They ARE NOT using official CPanel license, infact they are using some sort of shared cPanel license, let me show you some proof's for this, you would breach your web content security as you are not sure who owns cPanel license and even they can access your cPanel accounts

In order to check further I was looking at server configuration and found out they have purchased Contabo M Plan, this is funny they don't even own dedicated servers, VPS is NOT A DEDICATED SERVER RESOURCES, its a virtualization concept thus you don't get dedicated sever resources.

You can do a reverse DNS search on any website you will notice their server IP is issued by Contabo and as per their server configuration they use VPS M plan and you practically won't be able to host unlimited contents, they would definitely suspend your account if they notice you are consuming more and more disk usage.
NOTE: DO NOT EVER TRUST THESE GUYS AND HOST YOUR VALUABLE CONTENT, THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE NOR THEY HAVE A PROPER COMPANY SET UP.
In the name of a company, this is run by a single person only.
Now imagine my issue was reported to them on 11th November, today is 1st December and it is still not resolved.
I have migrated my websites to other provider after getting pissed off with Sinhcoms. Requesting you guys to STAY AWAY from them.
Also one last thing, after moving to other provider, I AM ABLE TO SEND EMAILS to all email provider for all domains.
So stay away from these crooks as they are not knowledgeable nor having enough resources to resolve your queries.
