Business Email Hosting

Decent reliability for the past 1 year I have email hosting with them. Reasonable pricing too, IF you subscribe to 12 months. Sadly, they don't accept Visa cards, only Paypal.

Good experience with support.

Excellent for VPS plans. SSD is really good for the servers they provide. I am actually thankful to their support who helped me and guided me through the entire process because it was hard for me to understand technical difficulties with hosting. Their team saw the whole thing through for my team and I.

Features need massive upgrade

Features are not that good. For a company this big there are many addons which are costly if added to the main pricing. One really difficult part is adjusting with support because their timings are haywire. ONLY available during mid night hours, rest is tough. Please improve.

Support should be quick in service

Prominent in web hosting I purchased their Pro SSD plan. Till now the performance has been excellent. I only feel that at times the uptime is down and they must tell us why through their support team. It is not done that they tell us one day prior because it takes time to adjust since we are far off from main data centers in US. Hope that you take this in to consideration.

Need timely service from support

Last week your team got in touch with me to resolve an issue I had already resolved on my own. The next day they again called to understand the nature of the exact problem. I am happy that you are taking interest in customer grievances but they have to be timely also.

Apart from these unseen problems, I am liking the essential VPS package. The performance seems to be very good till now. No downtime on the server . I suggest your team to help with scaling when we need to. Please ensure that the team is available.

No Support if you fall into trouble

I had ResellerClub's Domain Reseller account and recently we are facing some issues with some of our products with them. It is been 3 days since I am trying to get in touch with them Via Call (No Answer), Chat (Always Offline) Email (5-8hrs to reply).

On the website, they have mentioned 24X7 Speedy support which seems total false commitment. Endurance Group Inc. should stop such projects or update the content on their website about support etc.

Really exhausted with support

Support is a big trouble for me. I have had a good experience with the reseller hosting but please understand that your team's availability is crucial when we need to have that backup of people who are technically proficient. Even if the availability is there we need to wait a calls get switched to other personnel.

Worst service

Their business mail services always have problems, and once it crashes, it takes them at least 2-4 hours to figure out why the server is down.. No doubt, they would have embarrassed us in front of our customers if you are a reseller.
