Outrageous collection of fares

They send an invoice to renew the service.
They threaten to close the service.
Even if the customer assumes that let be closed, that is clear.
But they don't close and continue to send invoices, threatening legal action.
They use a collection agency.
YOU MUST CANCEL THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY IF YOU NO LONGER WANT IT.

SCAM scam

they take you money, after that they cancel the service for no f**king reason..(no refund), so they force you to send them your ID.. to steal your personal information

Stay away

I would not recommend Misshosting to anyone.
I'm looking to move two of my sites ASAP, the site goes down now and again without any word from MH. Even their own site is down, this is such a joke. we're running a bloody e-commerce and can't have unreliable servers.. We're losing money every second the site is down.

Warning. Stay away.

Stay away from this hosting provider. Dont leave your creditcard details for automatic renewal. They will charge you made up services and hosting plans that they never deliver.
Their support is slow and awful. Support request take days and are forwarded from local office to some main office that seem to not care responding.
They also have no precision in their invoices due to exchange rate. Hence, every time there is a difference between billed amount and invoices amount.
Their technical support also has problems with plain English.

Terrible service

I was client of this company for an year. They acted like gang members when an invoice due date was close, never received readonable help, simple DNS change took them 24 hours to be made and another 30 min for propagation ( the domain was brand new), they asked for domain renewal 7 months before the expiration date with due date of invoice 5 months ago, then started calling me three months before domain expiration to renew it two months prior expiration. Changed registrar and let them know but they keep spamming me to pay invoice for domain I changed registrar to another company as they lack any logic and law following in miss hosting. Never ever work with them unless you have spare nerves to spend with communication with them and their always broken system. Giving them 1 star as I can’t give them -100 which they deserve.

Sorry to hear that this is your experience with the company. First of all, a DNS change takes up to 24 hours to run through. When it comes to the domain renewal, we always send out our renewals three months before, so we make sure that our client's domains are not deactivated, and email + websites stop working. But the money doesn't need to be in our account until the renewal day, so no one needs to pay three months before. Just a helpful way to make sure clients knows long before that their domain is up for renewal.

Easy to use & great support

I've been using Miss Hosting to host a couple of sites now, both buying domains through Miss Hosting and doing it through another service. In both cases the interface has been easy to use and the service that i have received is great!

SSL certificate "installed" on a site that I never wanted. They changed the index.html file of my site!

I decided to try Miss Hosting, using the Ultimate plan with included SSL certificate. I wrote that I want the included certificate on a certain domain. They "installed" the certificate on another domain.

They changed the index.html of one of my sites/without my knowledge!/, which caused troubles with its loading. They tried to install SSL on another site, hosted there and the result was -site unable to load due to issues with SSL certificate! In the meantime I had to survive on another host.

I cancelled for less than a month. Waited several days for refund.
I received several excuses for the troubles.

I think these troubles are enough as to reveal the "reliability and support" of Miss Hosting!!! Troubles and again troubles!!!
