Мені довелося довго боротися з цим, але я так і не зміг виправити помилки. Попросив команду виправити технічні помилки та допомогти розблокувати систему. Ураааааа! Вони це зробили! Тепер сайт працює і його бачать користувачі інету! Дякую, друзі!
They treat their customers like trash and remove some functionalities because in their judgment I have FLOODED the ticket by explaining the situation and for 3 sentence written.... I have never worked with so unprofessional hosting provider!!!! They are a joke and I have been their client for more that 4 years - AWFUL experience !
Hello, We believe this is a misunderstanding. You worked with us for 4 years and gave us 1 point. Do you think this is a fair assessment? We found your account. You only have shared hosting. We provide DDoS protection for a fee based on dedicated and virtual servers. DDoS attacks are made only on projects where there is a lot of money. You just had to choose the right service and pay for it.
Let me be clear. I have used many of your services as you can see in my account. The service itself is not a problem and I gave you 1 point because of your supporters attitude towards your customers. I have copied all my chat history and tickets with your support so if you want I can send it to you and I will let you to decide if this is appropriate behaviour. I told him as well that I want to talk to some of your managers about that because this is not the first time! This review can be fixed but the attitude of your support - am not so sure of!
We moved to hostlife just a few days back from one of the best (based on the reviews and their marketing campaign) hosting companies. After our 3 days struggle with the previous hosting company we decided to change and so far no regrets about such a decision. The support level is impeccable! Our website was back to life within a couple of hours after migration and that is the result of the technical team immediate assistance. We have three websites and we have changed several hosting providers during the past 10 years and I have to admit the support with hostlife is definitely the best one. We'll see how it goes with the time though.
Совсем недавно наткнулись на этот хостинг. Радуют приемлемые цены,множество способов оплаты, в том числе и на электронные пс. Особенно порадовала служба поддержки, отвечают быстро, вникают в ситуацию, даже в ту, которую казалось бы не обязаны. Спасибо ребята, так держать, надеюсь на долгое и плодотворное сотрудничество
Highly NOT recommend this provider. Support respond fast but useless. If you do not have a Russian or Ukrainian bank account, then it will take you forever to pay for their services. The most problematic is to extend the services. I lost my site due to the inability to pay by an international card, recommend you to find a more professional and responsible provider
