1. This service is not reliable at all. During try out period it was shout down couple times.
2. Money back - they promise to return during 15 business days. I can get it back just open case with paypal. They offer just partly refund less than they advertise.

I was looking for a reliable hosting provider for long term. Decided to start with a shared server to see how it goes with an intention to switch to VPS with time.
After two weeks because of lack of some necessary features I decided to suspend my account and asked for money back. By today it's already more than 3 months and they never returned me my money. Only promises. They don't have any respect to you.

I ordered a VPS with them and that was the last thing I should have done, VPS tok ages to bet set to find out it was misconfigured, after a contact they say they would something and they never did, claim for refund, and they only answer that they are looking into this (3 times) how hard is that to click on a refund button. Useless

30 day money back... you will have to apply for it and document it. They try to keep your money because they are too incompetent to earn it. The service is non-existent.

Worst support ever. Absolutely horrible. 4 weeks and still no SSL re-validation. Tech support can't speak english, they just cut & paste from a script.

Their tech support is terrible. I signed up for their services, setup my account and spent days building my database just to have them completely reset my account and delete my database. When I went in to have them restore it there was nothing they would do. On top of that their FTP services aren't working, so I can't make changes to my website even though it is down. Find a different service, you'll be much happier, that's what I'm doing.

They had a black Friday promo so I signed up. I was not quite ready to migrate but I signed up anyway. After about five weeks I finally got the time to migrate my DNN site to them. When I migrated, the site was brutally slow. I mean a page load would take 30 seconds and half that time it would time out. When I contacted them they said that the DNN site was taking up too much memory so they apparently increased the memory to 1GB which got rid of timeouts but the speed was still slow. They refused to refund saying that its been more than 30 days. Anyhow, I switched back to my old provider for the DNN site. Next, I uploaded a simple 5 page wordpress site and same results dead slow. Opened support ticket and the guy says they will look at it and then I get an email saying its fixed. But all internet tests show slow. Tried to zip the files to move again and the zip fails because of slow server. The site goes down almost every week and they keep have to reset the pool. Beware!

I paid them money for a VPS, but did not get anything after four days. Sales support says they forgot to create VPS. Are they running a business or a night club. Try it on your own risk.
