We are moving our website from a previous IT company (that shouldn't have transferred it to their hosting company, but that is another story), and it has now been stuck in "pending" for over a week. I have tried contacting them via email, several phone calls to all the numbers we have but can not get hold of anyone! We are now stuck with our website down and no way to get it back up!
Easily the worst domain registrar (or online service) I have ever used in 15 years of professional web development.
Avoid at all costs. I have been dealing with them on behalf of a client and it has taken a month to move a domain they manage from one account to another. Has taken even longer to not yet manage to update the DNS for the domain. Will be transferring my client out of there as soon as possible. The only way to reach "support" is via email to which they typically take days to respond and then with completely unhelpful responses. I honestly think their support is 1 person in a back bedroom somewhere in Eastern Europe. Their website is shockingly poor, their "updated" control panel is a joke and is pretty much useless. The whole thing feels like some kind of scam. Really! It looks like someone bought/hacked Easily and put up some phishing pages with which to grab credit card details.
Thankfully my client only has their domain registered with Easily and doesn't use any of their other services.

Cannot agree more - absolutely dreadful - web site not working - unable to get through to support - no reply to emails - currently will not allow transfer of domain names
So true - a school kid could design a better 'portal' and certainly with more functionality. To loose the automated billing where you just used to choose when you wanted to renew a particular domain and moving back to the stone age where you have a billing department that issues invoices is just unbelievable!
SITE AND EMAIL DOWN FOR 48+ HRS NOW ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE AND COMPANY
Ive had my domain registered with them for 14 yrs, never really been please with their service but this week they have announced a DNS migration project and renewal of their site for customer to login to their account.
My site and associated email services have been down for over 48hrs now. No tech help esk available, no one is picking phones up, im loosing 1000£ a day on adwords campaings (had to stop these) and christ knows how much revenue daily from our website. perhaps upwards of 10k per day.
I will be moving to go daay asap

Easily have serious and embarrasing bugs on their website, terrible customer service and trying to do anything on their site results in a server errror. Very very poor and hugely concerning. I do hope they get their act together and improve. Has anyone implemented https with them using cloudflare?
Easily is no longer and should be renamed Difficult
I have been an easily customer for over 15 years and have recently been migrated to their new portal which frankly is abysmal .
Nothing works except the payments section and if you raise a query they pester you with emails asking you to confirm the problem has been resolved despite the fact nobody has contacted you to say they have fixed it .....which by the way they have not
They used to be 10/10 but now even 2.4/10 is too high.
i cannot state how bad this company and their service is. we have been with them for a number of years and the last 6 months our website has been getting slower and slower. they never accept the blame themselves and never respond to emails and are difficult to get hold of over the phone. you pay for their service annually, but as soon as they had an inkling we were moving everything to another company they pulled the plug on everything and our website has been down for 2 days. absolutely appalling
Great prices, unlimited bandwidth (if a little slow), dreadful support and poor customer service skills. Website down for a day during trasnfer to them because 'the domain guy was away that day and couldn't fix the transfer error'. Conflicting and incomplete information given about transfer. Cheap though and fine as long as you don't need to change anything about your hosting. No special features. You have to have the domain registered with them to host on their servers which is unusual.
I used them for years without any problems. Then in late 2015, the contact form for my website stopped working, and they didn't know how to fix it (they said that they had raised a support ticket with the 3rd party supplier!). Dreadful.
Easily support stopped replying to me at all, so I moved to another host. I would never have a website hosted by them ever again.
