The last couple of years I have had nothing but problems with Easily. Now they refuse to engage with me about the fact they haven't (they won't!) implement proper authentication on my email. The rude and arrogant support team just stopped responding to my emails. I now have no option but to transfer out my domain, which will be a great relief after the catalogue of issues they have caused me. Avoid like the plague.

Couldnt access my account to renew domain. Called them to make payment but was told to email card details to their billing dept so they could process payment. As if anyone in their right mind would email sensitive card details with the amount of fraud and scams these days! So I emailed them asking them to either give me access to my account with them to do an online payment and got an automated reply saying they would get back to me within 3 to 5 days. They didnt but what they did do was cancel my domain so my 14 year old and established website is not on the web. Worse still they have taken over my domain name and are trying to sell it back to me at more than the cost of the renewal. TOTAL SCAMMERS AND CRAP CUSTOMER SUPPORT

We have used easily for over 15 years with good service until a couple of years ago when all sorts of problems started with website access and more recently email issues. I have tried to get answers from there support but they never answer the question, just provide generic replies. A shame but are now moving away from them. We cannot continue to lose business and not have the confidence in this company we should have.

I also have been with Easily for many years…15 years +….and they used to be easy to contact and always sorted the problems out. You were also notified when an invoice was due which was very important because I never used the Easily website to look. For the last couple of years since they became Easily.uk and not co.uk, they have been a nightmare. They never notify you that an invoice is due instead when it goes unpaid they cut off your email accounts and it’s practically impossible, no it IS impossible, to speak to anyone and they take ages to answer any emails you send them. Luckily I put reminders on my calendar now and have just found out that an invoice is outstanding since December. Will shortly be knocking them into touch.

I have been with Easily for over on 16 years. I have no idea whats happened to them but I am seeking to move away from them. So how did they get their name, simple, they made it so easy to get your cash. anything else is impossible, try talking to someone who knows what they are talking about, I will be very surprised if you don't get passed around, that is if the department they are fobbing you off to is open.

Because they don't know what they're doing they have zero reliability. Pricing is cheap but there is cheaper out there. How can it be user-friendly when it don't work?.Support just pass you on to another agent. if the features worked they would have some. but it don't so they haven't.

Just avoid.
Just use someone else.
After using Easily for 15 years for numerous domains, they are now quite simply unusable.
Buy the domain name - easy.
Setting it up to point to the website. Impossible.

So far in the last two years Easily has debited my Bank Account for Domain names we did not request to be renewed ..we had even turned the Auto Re-New button to off on their web site still didnt stop them charging for renewal.. And now they have barred us renewing two names we actually need ( One was not due for renewal for three days and the other was one day over the renewal date ....this particular name is in use daily I have over the last 6 or 7 days days sent numerous emails and made two calls to easily in Canada I beleive?
No response from my emails and Easily Support are unable to help and advise you must speak to billing... who do not reply to emails and you can not call them directly
