Excellent Customer Service!
I spoke with Winn, a Blue Host agent today 01/21/23 and he was EXCELLENT! Extremely knowledgeable, and patient and I genuinely got a sense that he wanted to help resolve my issue. I was so impressed that I asked if I could commend him to a supervisor/manager because I wanted to let them know that he is a rare gem, a rare commodity in this day and age. Thank you Winn for restoring my faith a little in US companies, most of them are very poorly managed and they usually don't give a damn! You are a treasure and I really hope your company values you enough to pay you a decent salary.

Very bad experience with this company.
Very bad experience with this company. The bank card of our company was used without the permission by this company and payment was made for services that we did not order! When we asked to sort it out and return the money, they said that they could not help.

Terrible service, hidden charges
All they wait for is to get your credit card number and then start charging whatever subscription they want. In my case, I even got it cancelled and it was still charged. Contacted support again and they say that they started the subscription and can't cancel it anymore. Now I am having to file a dispute with the card provider! Fortunately, I saved a screenshot of the confirmation of cancellation.

The worst hosting service ever, don't use it!
My website has been down for over a week to date, I contacted the customer support 10+ times, they always argue that the matter has been escalated to a higher support team that will respond in further 24-72 hours. Also, back-up data are apparently stored in the same servers as the production data, which is the most incompetent move ever. I have never seen such a poor service.

Good service!
I requested consultation, they attempted to call me several times but I never answered(totally my fault) but they definitely did try to reach me. Time differences just always had the calls coming in in the middle of the night for me. I figured out what I had needed. Thank you

Quick and Easy. Lots of support
My transition to Bluehost could not have been easier. I did read and watch a lot of support and how-to guides. I had one problem (my fault) as I left an outdated plugin active which caused a problem. One chat to support, offending plug-in handled, everything back up.

Excellent Customer Service
January 12, 2023: Disaster. My website builder stopped working, on the day before, hours before, I came to a satisfied product. I panicked; I didn't know what to do; So I slept on it.
